Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Rescheduling We require a 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, considering our business hours (Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). If a scheduled cleaning is not rescheduled or canceled within the 24 hours period, a 50% fee is required. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis based on emergency.
